Thank you for checking out Sunshine Event Rentals! We are a family run business whose goal is to provide professional tent rentals and other event rental items to Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. We realize not everyone has experience planning events, so here is some helpful information to get you started:
When is your event?
Please make plans well in advance of the event date. We book up quickly so please get in touch today to check on availability.
How many guests?
No need for an exact headcount! We’ll ensure everyone is covered under the tent in case of rain and can always provide extra chairs and tables if needed.
Where are we setting up?
Tents can be setup on grass, patio, pavement, etc. Depending on your area you may need a frame tent or if the tent is on grass you can use a pole tent
Any underground hazards?
We use a sledgehammer to drive stakes into the ground roughly 3’ deep. We need to know if there are underground hazards. We may be able to anchor the tent using water barrels or cement blocks if staking isn’t possible.
